About

This year holds particular significance due to several milestones: Lithuania commemorates 20 years in the European Union, 10 years in the Eurozone, and 25 years of collaborative achievements between foreign and local investors in the country through organization Investors’ Forum.

In the contemporary landscape, where geopolitics, technology and demography are sculpting new realities, the conference will delve into the challenges modern economies, future of the democracies, biotechnology and research achievements, emerging technologies, evolving trends in wealth generation.

The thematic focus of the conference encompasses four primary areas of discourse:
  • New Realities for Advanced Economies
  • Geopolitics - Is the cradle of democracy collapsing?
  • Future of Investments

Futurescape 2024 aims to bring together regional and global leaders from the business, public sector, politics, and the scientific community. This platform provides an opportunity for thought leaders to converge and share their insights on pivotal topics shaping the future.

Why now and why in Vilnius?

As our economies adapt to new global challenges, including Russia's war in Ukraine, Vilnius emerges as a nexus of innovation and collaboration. Positioned at the crossroads of East and West, Vilnius is a pivotal center for forward-thinking dialogue and the exchange of transformative ideas. Against this backdrop, Vilnius Conference: Futurescape 2024 convenes leading thinkers, economists, and activists for a dynamic exchange of ideas. Topics such as shaping a new reality for advanced economies, future finance, geopolitics and democracy, longevity, and the future of investment will be central to discussions. Join us as we collectively envision the path forward amidst these pressing global challenges and opportunities

Organisers of the conference

The conference is organized by the Association "Investors' Forum" alongside its esteemed partners. "Investors' Forum", established in 1999, unites nearly 70 members representing leading foreign capital companies committed to enhancing Lithuania's business environment and investment climate. Acting as a pivotal think tank, "Investors' Forum" fosters dialogue with governmental and municipal bodies, shaping policy discussions on key economic issues.
